HZM insists on providing on-site installation services during the epidemic period
At the beginning of October, we delivered a 18,000BPH pure water production line to our Ethiopian customer. After a long time of ocean transportation, they have successfully received the machines recently.
As we all know, installation and commission is the most important part of after-sales service. It will affect the efficiency of the whole water production line. But due to the epidemic situation, many suppliers just can provide remote online guidance instead of sending engineers to the customer factory to do installation and commission. But considering the agreement with customer, we decided to provide on-site service.
With HZM machinery guidance, customer has successfully completed the preparation work. We also require them to provide strict epidemic prevention measures to ensure the health of engineers. So we send 3 engineers to do installation and commissioning work recently. After one week hard work, we already finish some positioning and connecting work.
