Suitable for internal cleaning of juice preparation, filling machines, and other beverage production equipment, the system consists of alkali tanks, acid tanks, hot water tanks, a heat exchange system, a control system, and a piping system.

What information is needed to configure the CIP System?

Please provide the beverage recipe, process flow, inlet and outlet conditions, required throughput, cleaning requirements, utilities and plant layout. HZM uses these inputs to define tanks, heat treatment, mixing, piping and controls. The intended application is sanitary cleaning of beverage tanks, pipelines and filling equipment.

How is the process configuration selected?

Product composition, viscosity, temperature, treatment time, hygiene target and downstream filling conditions determine the equipment and control strategy. The final process must be confirmed against the approved recipe and product standard.

Can the system handle different beverage recipes?
