Working Principle of Rotary Filling Machine

- Bottle-In Mechanism The bottle-in mechanism is a crucial component that feeds untreated empty bottles into the rotary filling machine. It comprises bottle-in wheels, guide plates, and a transmission system. The bottle-in wheels, driven by the transmission system, guide the empty bottles into the rotary filling machine.
- Rotary Filling Mechanism The rotary filling mechanism is the core part of the entire equipment, consisting of several components such as brush wheels, positioning wheels, lifting frames, and measuring cups. Its working principle is as follows:
- The brush wheel cleans the empty bottles and positions them beneath the measuring cup.
- The measuring cup accurately measures the liquid based on a preset program and pours it into the empty bottles.
- The positioning wheel moves the filled bottles to the next workstation, while the lifting frame raises the measuring cup for the next measurement.
- Bottle-Out Mechanism The bottle-out mechanism is responsible for ejecting the filled bottles from the equipment. It consists of bottle-out wheels, guide plates, and a transmission system. The bottle-out wheels, driven by the transmission system, guide the filled bottles out of the rotary filling machine.
- Electrical Control System The electrical control system serves as the brain of the entire equipment. It precisely controls various components through a PLC controller. Additionally, it incorporates functions like automatic detection, fault alarms, and data statistics.
III. Working Principle
The working process of the rotary filling machine is as follows:
- Bottle Feeding: Empty bottles are fed into the rotary filling machine through the bottle-in mechanism.
- Cleaning and Positioning: The brush wheel cleans the empty bottles and positions them beneath the measuring cup.
- Metered Filling: The measuring cup accurately measures the liquid based on a preset program and pours it into the empty bottles.
- Filling Complete: The positioning wheel moves the filled bottles to the next workstation, and the lifting frame raises the measuring cup for the next measurement.
- Bottle Ejection: Filled bottles are ejected from the rotary filling machine through the bottle-out mechanism.
