The Working Principle and Characteristics of Cocktail Filling Machine

Working Principle:

The cocktail filling machine generally maintains a certain filling pressure in the material storage tank. When the container to be filled enters the filling machine, the container is first inflated. When the pressure inside the container is equal to the pressure in the material storage tank, the cocktail liquid is filled through the open filling valve due to the liquid's weight. During the filling process, the gas in the container needs to be smoothly discharged back to the material storage tank or air chamber. When the liquid level inside the container reaches the set position, the filling valve stops filling.

Characteristics:

1. The cocktail filling machine uses a strong and elastic mechanical arm to grip, flip, rinse, control, flip back, and release bottles, achieving fully automated production.
2. The parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel SUS304.
3. The rinsing part adopts a special high-efficiency spray nozzle. The rinsing water is sprayed at a set angle to wash any part of the bottle's inner wall thoroughly and save water.
4. The filling part adopts cylinder lifting. Before filling, the bottle is positioned on the card screen neck of the filling machine lifting mechanism by hanging on the bottle mouth. After filling, the lifting mechanism descends to make the operation smoother. Moreover, the filling valve is equipped with a centering device, making the filling more accurate.
5. The capping machine adopts vibration capping to ensure that the bottle cap is not damaged.
