4. Brush Cleaning Machine:

   • Used for cleaning and recycling 5-gallon buckets
   • Adjustable internal pressure and production output
   • Suitable for 3-gallon and 5-gallon buckets

5. 5-Gallon Rinse Filling and Capping Monoblock Machine:

   • Rinsing, large bucket filling, and capping unit combined into one
   • Specifically designed for filling drinking water in 3 and 5-gallon bottles
   • Made of stainless steel for easy cleaning and corrosion resistance
   • Fully automated production line with only two workers required

6. Hot Shrink Cap Machine:

   • Matching conveyor chain for optimal heat shrinkage effect
   • Equipped with adjustable temperature control for uniform shrinkage
   • Stable operation and low failure rate

7. Laser Coding Machine:

   • Easy printing of dates on bottles
   • No need for consumables and easy operation
   • Flexible design for easy mobility
   • No constant cleaning required compared to inkjet printers

8. Bagging Machine:

   • Automatic bagging of 5-gallon bottled water
   • Reduces manual labor by 1-2 workers and lowers labor costs

9. Palletizing Machine:

   • Compact structure with a small footprint
   • Good rigidity and easy maintenance
   • Driven by imported servo motor for fast and stable operation
   • Can be used for unmanned production when integrated with the assembly line
   • Self-diagnosis function with alarm indication for abnormal actions
